Due to the arrival of our founder's firstborn (it's a girl!) in early October, no communication will be available for the first half of that month as David prioritizes family. Subsequently, all inspection work will be scheduled in November as soon as possible. We understand if that takes us out of the running in the immediate future. The Policy

Information You Share With Us

When you submit the proposal or contact form, we receive what you type: your name, role, email, phone if provided, property details, and your message. We only use that information for the purpose of proposal preparation, and if that proposal is accepted, completion of the engagement.

If you email or call us directly, we only save correspondence for business documentation records.

If, during the engagement, you share any project documentation or vendor contact information, we will only use that information for the purpose of reserve planning recommendations (research calls to vendors for recommendations, documentation of history and recommendations within your report, documentation of cost history).

Your name and email address may be used for the purpose of marketing and promotional emails, from which you can unsubscribe if you no longer wish to be included on the mailing list.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers that deliver this website and our email, and only as needed to operate them.
  • We do not share Reserve Study results on this website nor with anyone except authorized members of the association/property (Board of Directors, Property Management, or Assigned Primary Contact).

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visitors and understand how they arrive here (for example, directly or from a search engine). Cloudflare Web Analytics is a privacy-first measurement tool: it does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across websites.
